Responsibilities 工作職責:

- Greet customers, order taking, take payments for pizza and drinks
- Answer enquiries from customers about menu items, ingredients, prices etc
- Collaborate with kitchen team to prepare correct orders on time
- Deal with complaints or problems with positive attitudes
- Make sure the whole shop is clean and organized
- Manage stocks such as drinks & packaging
- Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to standards

- 接待客人，為客人落單、收取薄餅及飲品費用
- 解答客人對菜單、食材、價格等方面的查詢
- 與廚房團隊合作，確保準時準備好正確的訂單
- 以積極態度處理投訴或問題
- 確保整個店鋪清潔整齊
- 管理飲料及包裝等庫存
- 確保所有食品均按標準準備及供應

Qualifications 資歷要求:

- At least 1 year of experience in food service role / counter
- Hands on experiences in counter duties
- Excellent communication skills, friendly, outgoing personality
- Patient and customer-orientated approach
- Able to work well within a team

- 具備至少 1 年飲食業工作經驗
- 有櫃檯工作經驗
- 良好的溝通能力，個性友善及外向
- 具有耐心和以客為本的工作態度
- 能夠在團隊中良好地工作

- Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team & front of house to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
